At Rara Barefoot, we want your feet to feel free and comfortable; if your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with the packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Barefoots

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them inside a mailing bag or shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
